Photo Wedding Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions under which customers (hereinafter referred to as "Users") may use the photo wedding services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by our company. By applying for the Service, Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.


Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between our company and Users concerning the Service.

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by separate guidelines and regulations established by our company.


Article 2 (Service Content)

The Service includes photo wedding photography and related optional services.

Details of the Service and photography plans shall be as stated on our official website.


Article 3 (Application for the Service)

Applications for the Service must be made in the manner specified by our company.

A contract is deemed to be concluded when our company confirms the photography date and the User completes payment via credit card.

Our company may refuse an application in the following cases:

  • If the User provides false information.

  • If there is a possibility of violating these Terms.

  • If our company deems the application inappropriate.


Article 4 (Fees and Payment)

Service fees are determined based on the plan and optional services selected by the User.

Users must complete payment via credit card within three days after our company confirms the photography date.

If payment is not confirmed by the deadline, our company reserves the right to cancel the reservation and suspend service provision.


Article 5 (Cancellation and Changes)

If the User wishes to cancel or change the Service, they must follow the procedures specified by our company.

Cancellation Fees:

  • From application to 30 days before the photography date: 50% of the photo wedding fee

  • From 29 days before the photography date to the day of the shoot: 100% of the photo wedding fee

Rescheduling (Due to User’s Circumstances):

  • From application to 30 days before the photography date: Free of charge (However, changes may not be possible depending on the availability of hair and makeup artists and photographers.)

  • If a weather warning such as a typhoon is issued: Free rescheduling

  • The rescheduled date must be within one year.

  • The paid plan fee will be retained for the rescheduled date.

Notes:

  • Cancellation fees are based on the latest invoiced amount at the time of cancellation. No adjustments will be made afterward.

  • If actual costs have already been incurred, the total amount will be charged.

  • If pre-arranged services or items require cancellation or changes, separate cancellation fees may apply.

  • Changes due to natural disasters, transportation delays, or other force majeure events will be handled through consultation with our company.

  • Our company is not responsible for cancellations due to natural disasters or force majeure events.

  • If the User cannot arrive at the photography location due to flight delays or cancellations, we will accommodate rescheduling as much as possible.

  • Photography will proceed even in rainy weather, and cancellations due to rain are not permitted.


Article 6 (User Responsibilities)

  • Users must complete necessary preparations (attire, hair and makeup, etc.) by the specified deadline.

  • Users are responsible for managing their valuables and personal belongings on the photography day.

  • If a User causes damage to our company or a third party through intent or negligence, they are responsible for compensating the damage.


Article 7 (Attire Regulations)

  • Users will select attire from the options available in their chosen plan.

  • Users must confirm the size and design of attire in advance through fitting.

  • If attire is damaged or soiled due to User negligence or intent, repair or compensation costs may be charged.


Article 8 (Attire Cancellation and Changes)

  • Once attire selection is finalized, cancellations or changes are not permitted.

  • After confirming attire selection, no further modifications or cancellations can be made.

  • If an issue arises with the attire provided by our company, we will promptly provide a replacement.


Article 9 (Company Responsibilities)

  • Our company shall provide appropriate services to Users.

  • If the Service becomes difficult to provide due to reasons attributable to our company, we will take appropriate alternative measures within our responsibility. However, we are not liable for service interruptions due to natural disasters or force majeure events.


Article 10 (Copyright)

  • The copyright of all photos and videos taken belongs to our company.

  • Users may not use photos or videos for commercial purposes without permission.

  • Our company may use photos and videos for promotional purposes, subject to prior consent from the User.


Article 11 (Storage and Delivery of Photography Data)

  • Photography data will be stored for up to six months from the photography date. Data retrieval beyond this period is not guaranteed.

  • Photography data will be delivered via a download link sent to the registered email address after the shoot.


Article 12 (Handling of Personal Information)

  • Our company will use Users’ personal information only for providing the Service and will manage it appropriately.

  • Personal information will be handled in accordance with our company’s privacy policy.


Article 13 (Changes to Terms)

  • Our company may modify these Terms as necessary.

  • Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

  • Any disputes related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court at our company's location.


Article 15 (Third-Party Participation)

  • Only the User and pre-approved accompanying persons may attend the shoot.

  • Our company may restrict third-party attendance to prevent trouble at the photography site.


Article 16 (Weather and Environmental Conditions)

  • Photography will proceed even if weather conditions are not ideal for the User’s preference.

  • If natural conditions (wind, temperature, waves, etc.) make photography difficult, we will adjust accordingly, but no refunds will be provided.


Article 17 (Optional Services Regulations)

  • Optional services such as hair and makeup or transportation require additional fees.

  • Changes or cancellations of optional services are subject to the policies of the respective service providers.


Article 18 (Prohibited Acts)

Users are prohibited from:

  • Wearing inappropriate attire or posing in a manner contrary to public decency.

  • Conducting photography at unauthorized locations.

  • Damaging photography equipment or attire.

If any of the above are violated, our company reserves the right to terminate service and seek damages.


Article 19 (Health and Safety)

  • Users must take care of their health before the shoot and notify us of any medical conditions or allergies in advance.

  • Our company is not responsible for accidents or health issues during the shoot, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.


Article 20 (Flight Delays or Cancellations)

  • If the User’s flight is delayed or canceled, we will reschedule the shoot whenever possible, subject to availability.

  • Additional costs due to flight delays or cancellations (accommodation, transportation, etc.) are the User’s responsibility.

  • Our company is not responsible for changes to flight schedules by airlines or third parties.
